What does "$0 down" actually mean?
Exactly that — you can go solar with nothing out of pocket. Financing through EnFin by Qcells covers the system, and your monthly payment is designed to come in below the electric bill it replaces, so savings start day one. Your quote shows the real numbers before you sign anything.
How long does installation take?
Most residential installs are on the roof in one to two days once permits are approved; total timeline depends on your utility's interconnection queue.
Who actually installs my system?
Every Solar Stealth system is delivered and installed through Trio Solar, our install and service partner — licensed crews, one accountable team. No subcontractor roulette, and the same umbrella services your system for the life of the warranty.
What panels will go on my roof?
Q.TRON panels by Qcells — the most advanced line Qcells builds, with up to 22.5% efficiency and a 25-year warranty, built at Qcells' Georgia plants — the largest solar manufacturing hub in the Western Hemisphere. See the full specs on our Q.TRON page.
Do you handle permits and inspections?
Yes — we pull permits, schedule inspections, and manage utility interconnection so you don't have to.
What financing options are there?
Financing runs through EnFin by Qcells — the same umbrella that builds the panel. Your quote walks through what you qualify for with the real monthly numbers, starting at 0 down.
Who backs the 25-year warranty?
The same umbrella that builds the panel. Qcells manufactures it, EnFin by Qcells finances it, and Trio Solar installs and services it — so there's no finger-pointing between a manufacturer, a dealer, and a bank when something needs attention.
What if my system underperforms?
Every panel carries Qcells' 25-year product and performance warranty — at least 90% of rated output at year 25. Inverter and workmanship coverage are itemized in your quote, and we monitor production so issues get caught early.
Will my panels work during a power outage?
Panels alone shut off during an outage — that's a safety requirement to protect utility workers. Add battery storage and the essentials stay on. We right-size backup as part of your quote, backed by Trio's partnership with Sunrun, the #1 storage installer in the country.
What happens if I sell my home?
Solar typically adds resale value, and the financing moves with the sale — the loan can be paid off at closing or, in many cases, transferred to the buyer. We walk you through both paths before you ever sign.
Do I qualify for tax credits or incentives?
We check every federal, state, utility, and local incentive you qualify for and build them into your quote — and we handle the paperwork. See our full state-by-state incentive guide.
Should I own my panels, or let the solar company own them?
Both are real options. Owning (cash or an EnFin loan) usually wins the 25-year math and adds home value; company-owned (lease or PPA) means $0 upfront, no maintenance responsibility, and the company passes the remaining federal credit through as lower payments through 2027. We show you both sets of numbers. Read the full comparison.
Is the 30% federal tax credit gone?
For purchases, yes — the One Big Beautiful Bill ended the homeowner credit on December 31, 2025. But leased and PPA systems still capture the federal credit through 2027, passed to you as lower payments, and state incentives remain. Read the plain-English guide.
Why does American-made matter now?
Beyond quality and traceability, the new law's foreign-sourcing rules mean heavily imported systems can lose federal credit eligibility. Our Q.TRON panels are built by Qcells in Georgia and designed for the new rules — sourcing documentation is available with your quote. See where your panels come from.
Is my roof even a good fit?
Age, orientation, shading, and local rates all matter. Send us your address and a recent bill; if solar doesn't pencil out for your home, we'll say so.
